In order to save your time and money, it is important to know the probabilities of trademark registration before filing an application.
We will provide a search report which contains a statement from a trademark attorney regarding the registrability of a trademark and the risk of collision with trademarks already registered.
Normally, the search results will be sent to you by e-mail within 5 business days.

Response to Office Action (Madrid Protocol)
We can respond to a “Notification of Provisional Refusal” with regard to international trademark application under the Madrid Protocol.
The cost for responding to the Notification of Provisional Refusal will vary depending upon the reason for refusal.
Therefore, please send us a copy of the “Notification of Provisional Refusal” from JPO, and we will provide you cost estimate and suggestions for overcoming the refusal.
